Tom reserves the right to decline any commission request.

Please be advised that Tom's original artwork is priced higher than prints. Since commissioned pieces are original works, their pricing may differ from that of prints of similar size.

All artwork will be signed and dated with Tom's signature. Do not remove this.

Tom, the artist, holds every right to the original artwork. This includes promoting his artwork or website - a picture will be uploaded to his gallery!

You agree that as a patron, you will use any images purchased for personal use only.  You will not claim the artwork as your own, remove the signature, alter the artwork, reproduce the artwork, or use it commercially. You agree to give credit to Tom, the artist.
